Formerly called Les Constructions et Rénovations Gérald Laplante Inc., the company changed its name to DLA in August 1999. Founded by Gérald Laplante 40 years ago, welcomes Mrs Annie Laplante in joining the team. Annie obtained her general entrepreneur RBQ accreditation in spring 2009.

Annie Laplante’s expertise as an interior designer in charge of condominium layouts allows the the company to take up new challenges and offer custom-designed condos. Mr. Laplante and his team personally carry out all the carpentry and woodworking tasks as well as the finishing of all condominium units.

It is quite obvious that the company is dedicated to offering quality and service that are out of the ordinary, especially when it comes to the owners’ involvement in the construction of all the buildings as well as their participation, along with their customers, in each major phase.
