TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND CONSTRUCTION METHODS

Each DLA project is based on a unique architectural design. A complete set of drawings and specifications is produced for each new building. In addition, depending on the work in progress, it is possible to modify the interior layout of your unit to adapt it to your preferences and needs. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

• 2” x 6” framework
• 100 amp electrical panel c/w 32 circuits
• Separate thermostats in each room
• 40-gallon water heater
• Kitchen and bathroom fans with exterior outlet
• Pre-wiring for alarm system, telephone and cable television
• Bathroom cabinets and vanity: melamine with wood graining (colour to be chosen with the help of our decorator)
• Choice of handles and laminated counter tops (colour to be chosen with the help of our decorator)
• One-compartment stainless steel kitchen sink
• Openings for dishwasher and microwave oven
• Acrylic bath and shower
• Colonial style doors and trims

INTERIOR DECORATION If you purchase a condo before the actual construction starts, you will receive, free of charge during your first appointment, professional advice from our interior designer regarding the colour of the cabinets and ceramic tiles. For additional interior decoration advice (wall colours, wall paper, curtains, wood trims, etc.) before or after taking possession of your condo, the services of our decorator are at your disposal for a very reasonable fee.
